With our blended approach, you can conduct a large part of your studies and for some courses all of your studies remotely online.

With any course that requires facilitation you can attend class at our Wanderers (Johannesburg), Centurion Gate (Pretoria) or Plattekloof (Cape Town) venues.

Yes, our facilitators and trainers are always happy to help and can be contacted online at anytime.

This varies with each course, with our courses lasting 1-3 days or up to 3 months. Our certificate courses can last up to 12 months. For the exact time period, please look at the Courses page, as it will be stated there.

All our courses can be purchased online via EFT or Credit card payment, where you can select to either pay in monthly installments, with an upfront deposit, or qualify for our Cash discount if the full course balance is paid upfront.

If you have selected a payment plan, then the debit order will go of on the last working day of the month.

All our courses have been created to give you the skill sets needed to be the best in your respective position or skill set. In order to do this, each course will contain a Summative (an assessment conducted at the end of the course) and a Formative Assessment (ongoing progress assessments). We will also ask each learner to compile a portfolio of evidence (PoE).

Most of our courses can be started at anytime during the year. Where there is scheduled classes, then you will be advised on these as part of the course outline.

We are the only Health and Fitness training center that has been started and is run by an actual Health and Fitness Company and as such understand the full requirements of all things Health and Fitness.

We are also in the Processes of completing our Accreditation with the Culture, Art, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport Sector Education and Training Authority (CATHSETA) as well as all our courses are aligned where possible to the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA) requirements.

No, for our qualifications, a Matric or similar will be required and for all other courses you simply have to be 17 years or older.
